Why you should hire me to be your Real Estate Agent!
When working with new buyers, people always ask me "why should we hire you instead of __________." Well, there are a lot of reasons why you should hire me as your agent versus someone else and I'm going to let you know those reasons!
--- I have been in the real estate business since 2009. Now you may say that isn't as long as some other Realtors but I'm not old enough to be alongside some of them, so I'll get to that point of why younger is better
---I do this FULL TIME and rely on my income alone to support my pets and myself. I do not have a spouse and I am not collecting retirement from a previous job. This isn't a JOB for me. This is a lifestyle for me and its something I am passionate about. I am not only your Realtor during the process but I am still your Realtor afterwards to assist you with any questions! You can't get rid of me that easily ;)
---Being 25 (almost 26!) means that I have grown up in this technology world and know every device/gadget with my eyes closed. Where some agents still have to go to the office, type the paperwork, print the paperwork and then come find you for wet signatures, I can do it all from my mobile device within seconds. By the time others get their offers signed....I have it already negotiated and UNDER CONTRACT
---I have lived in New Bern since 1995. I went through the school systems (Ben D. Quinn, Grover C. Fields and New Bern High School). I played the sports at Creekside Park and at Kidsville. I know every neighborhood (almost every street.....ask my co-workers, we tested that theory) in New Bern. Although I do not go out socially regularly, I am always aware of all of the events going on.
